was the artist, architect or designer who received the total highest
number of individual votes and not necessarily the artist who
received the most # 1 votes.

I was away for the weekend,but did vote and hope it counted. There was a problem with their Web site so they extended the deadline. It is pretty awesome and I do not have to say who my favorite artist and Grate Work was!
