Irish Blessings for St. Paddy’s Day and Everyday

Across the globe, all people look for excuses to celebrate life… to add joy to their days.  And St. Patricks’s Day is no exception. People of all nationalities Wear the Green and become Irish for a day.

On March 17th, not only do I try to wear green, but I give away “Lucky Bucks” (dollar bills encased in homemade green envelopes). The list of recipients changes each year, but includes family members, neighbors, waiters, waitresses and any service people that I see on that day. The little gift of only a dollar, makes people smile. Some save it forever and others try the lotto with “The Lucky Buck.”

In addition, I often add my “Irish Blessing” post card signed in green ink.

  1. Hiya, I’m really glad I have found this info. Nowadays bloggers publish only about gossip and internet stuff and this is actually frustrating. A good site with exciting content, that’s what I need. Thank you for making this site, and I’ll be visiting again. Do you do newsletters? I Can’t find it.
